How to receive your firearm or NFA-classified product from your local Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer (FFL)

Choose Your Preferred FFL: During the online checkout process, select your preferred FFL.  Contact them prior to completing the purchase to make arrangements.

Shipping to FFL: Your product will be shipped to the FFL of your choice. A tracking number will be emailed to you to monitor delivery status.

Product Pick Up: Once the product arrives at the FFL, they will contact you.  Inspect it thoroughly to ensure accuracy and condition. If there are any issues, do not accept the transfer and contact us immediately.

Background Check and Ownership Transfer: After accepting the transfer, the FFL will conduct a National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS). Upon approval, the FFL will notify you, and you can then take possession of your product.  All sales are final.

Unaccepted Transfers: If any issues prevent the completion of the transfer, please contact us immediately.

All firearm and NFA classified product purchases are final.

We do not issue refunds or store credits after purchase. Depending on the product, we may refer you to the manufacturer.

What happens if I want to return another product?

Depending on the product, we may refer you to the manufacturer or we may issue a store credit, depending on the product.  The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
